    5 Feet 10 Inches

  • Favourate body part :

    I love my legs, they are not the biggest however I am into my strength training so I love squatting heavy. Current 1RM is 130kg at 70kg body weight and testing 1RM again soon.

  • Favourate meal :

    My favourite meal is steak and sweet potato chips because I get a good amount of protein and fats in which I struggle to get in my diet and a good source of carbs which taste amazing.

  • Most Important supplement :

    Whey protein or a mass gainer. This is because as a personal trainer I go from client to client so it's good to keep my calories up as I am bulking.

  • Why did I start training : Well we all start somewhere!

  • My long term goal : In ten years time!

    My long term goal is to hit a physique I can be proud of and develop my career as a personal trainer etc. open up a personal training studio. I would also like to compete in men's physique in the near future.

  • Example workout : This is how I roll!

    • Legs is my favourite and this would be my typical strength workout.
    • Squats 5x5.
    • Superset: Straight leg deadlifts 3x8.
    • Laying hamstring curls Leg extensions 3xfailure.
    • Calf raises 3x15.

  • Average day : My normal routine

    • 5am wake up have breakfast.
    • 6am-9am - clients.
    • 10am - train.
    • 12pm - lunch.
    • 1pm-7pm client.
