- 2 bananas
- 50g The Protein Lab Chocolate Whey
- 1/2 cup oatmeal
- 1/3 cup oat bran
- 2 tbs peanut butter
Blend bananas with peanut butter. Add protein powder,cereals and bran and mix until smooth. Preheat oven to 180 degrees. Bake for about 15 mins until golden brown.
